Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in Block XI, Rotoiti Survey District, Rotorua District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby held by Tikitere Pine Limited under and by virtue of lease H. 066192 recorded in register book No. 14C/1317, South Auckland Land Registry is hereby acquired for purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 18th day of February 1988.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for a Limited Access Road in Block IX, Maungakawa Survey District and Block XII, Komakarau Survey Districts, Waikato County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated 3 May 1985, in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 May 1985, No. 85, page 2085, acquiring land for a limited access road by omitting from the Schedule the area fiftly described and substituting the following:

“317 Part Lot 1, D.P. 14720; marked “B” on S.O. Plan 52651.”

Easement Acquired for Conservation Purposes in Waipawa and Dannivirke Districts

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, an easement in gross (right of way) is hereby acquired for conservation purposes (and may be surrendered at any time by notice in the Gazette) over the land described in the Schedule. The easement shall vest in the Crown on the 18th day of February 1988. The rights and powers contained in clause 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 shall be implied in favour of the Crown. The Crown shall be responsible for the construction of any track on the land and for upgrading or maintaining such track to a standard adequate for its purposes.
