Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block VI, Otanake Survey District, Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of August 1986, published in Gazette, No. 134 of 28 August 1986, at page 3632, declaring land to be road and stopped and amalgamated, pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 by omitting from paragraph (b) (i) “No. H.178754.4, H.200939.3” and substituting instead “No.s. H.654523.2 and H.759852.2”.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block IV, Castlepoint Survey District, Masterton County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 31st day of October 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 November 1986, No. 176 at page 4680, declaring land to be road, road stopped and vested and land taken and vested in Block IV, Castlepoint Survey District, Masterton County by omitting paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) and substituting the following:

“(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20B/1257, subject to section 308 (4) of the Local Government Act 1974, building line restriction K.31615, fencing covenant contained in transfer 361331.2 and memoranda of mortgage No. 361331.6, 682697.1, 361331.7, 361331.8, and 361331.10, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 19B/1187, subject to building line restriction No. K.38927, Farm Forestry agreement No. 75988, memoranda of mortgage No. 345602.3, 411350.1, and 460369.1 and notice of statutory land charge No. 361757.1, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20B/1257, subject to section 308 (4) of the Local Government Act 1974, building line restriction K.31615, fencing covenant contained in transfer 361331.2 and memoranda of mortgage No. 361331.6, 682697.1, 361331.7, 361331.8, and 361331.10, Wellington Land Registry.”
