Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the City of Porirua

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 25th day of September 1987, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1 October 1987, No. 170 at page 4559, declaring land to be Crown land by omitting the following:

"Lots 90 and 97 D.P. 28244. Part certificate of title No. 19C/848, Wellington Land Registry."

and substituting the following:

"Lots 90 and 91 D.P. 28244. Part certificate of title No. 19C/848, Wellington Land Registry."

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block I and XI, Kopuaranga Survey District, Masterton County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of November 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 November 1986, No. 189 at page 5073, declaring land to be road, road stopped and vested and land taken and vested in Block X and XI, Kopuaranga Survey District.

(a) by omitting from the fourth line in the First Schedule the word "sepia" and substituting the word "blue".

(b) by omitting from the twenty-second line of the First Schedule the word "blue" and substituting the word "sepia".

(c) by omitting from the third line of the Fifth Schedule the figures "122" and substituting the figures "128".

Declaring Land Acquired for Education Purposes (Students Accommodation) in the City of Invercargill

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, with the land firstly described being subject to fencing agreement contained in transfer No. 35008 and right of way created by transfer No. 35110, and the land secondly described being subject to fencing covenant contained in transfer No. 30611, is hereby acquired for education purposes (students accommodation) and shall vest in the Crown on the 11th day of February 1988.
