New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

Declaring Railway Land at Silverstream to be Disposed of and Vested in the Hutt County Council for Commercial or Industrial Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of and vested in the Hutt County Council for commercial or industrial purposes.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 35445 (S.O. 35130), deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Corporation at Wellington, and thereon marked as above mentioned.

Declaring Road to be Stopped in Block VI, Waiwera Survey District, Rodney County

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

All that piece of road containing 9082 square metres, situated in Block VI, Waiwera Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Allotment 44, Waiwera Parish; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 61477, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Land Acquired for Road in Block XI, Waiwera Survey District, Rodney County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which shall vest in The Rodney County Council on the 11th day of February 1988.

Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in the City of Hamilton

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Hamilton City Council by Fountain City Builders, under and by virtue of lease S. 25221 recorded in certificate of title No. 618/52, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Hamilton City Council on the 11th day of February 1988.
