Land Acquired for the Supply of Electricity in Christchurch City

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the supply of electricity and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the 11th day of February 1988.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in the City of Auckland

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 17th day of August 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 November 1987, No. 202, at page 5213, acquiring land for road in the City of Auckland pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the preamble the word “Crown” and substituting the words “Auckland City Council”.
