Opape 23 (formerly Section 1"0") then following that boundary in a northeasterly direction to its intersection with the southwest boundary of Torere 64, then northwest along that boundary to its intersection with the northern boundary of Torere 64, then following that boundary northeasterly to its connection with Oroi Trig then following the northern boundary of Torere 64 generally easterly to its connection with the closed Maori Roadway, then southerly along the centre of the roadway, then continuing generally easterly along the northern boundary of Torere 64 to its intersection with a stream, then northerly to the stream’s intersection with the centre of the Torere River, then easterly following the centreline of the river to its intersection with the northeastern boundary of Torere 64 then southeasterly following this boundary, then southwesterly then easterly then southeasterly to Kapuarangi Trig, then generally westerly following the southern boundaries of Torere 64 and Torere 65 to the intersection of that line with the eastern boundary of Opape 23, then following that boundary in a southerly direction to its intersection with the southwestern boundary of Opape 23 then northwesterly along this boundary to its intersection of its projection with the centreline of the Old Motu Road then generally northwesterly along that centreline to its intersection with the projection of the northern boundary of the Meremere Hill Scenic Reserve then southwesterly along that boundary to its intersection with the eastern boundary of Section 6, then generally southerly then westerly following that boundary to its intersection with the southern boundary of Section 2, then westerly following this boundary and its projection to the centre line of the legal road, then generally southerly along the centreline to its intersection with the projection of the western boundary of Section 8, then following that boundary southwesterly to its intersection with the northern boundary of Section 10 then southeasterly then generally southerly along this boundary then generally westerly along the southern boundary of Section 11 to its intersection with the southeast boundary of Section 20, then southwesterly along this boundary, then southeasterly then southwesterly along the northeast and southeast boundaries of Section 22 to the intersection of its projection with the centre of the Pakihi Stream then following the centre of the Pakihi downstream to its intersection with the projection of the western boundary of Section Pt 3 then along that boundary in a northerly direction then continuing along the western boundary of Section Pt 2 then west to Kohipawa Trig then continuing north to its intersection with the northern boundary of Section Pt 2, then east along that boundary crossing the legal road and continuing to its intersection with the western boundary of Section 1, then following northerly along the western boundary of Section 1 to the centreline of the legal road on the northern boundary of Section 1, then following the centre line of the road generally in a northeasterly direction to its projected intersection with Lots 1 and 2, then generally northerly along the boundary between Lots 1 and 2 to the intersection with Lot 3, then generally easterly along the boundary between Lots 2 and 3, then southeasterly along the northeast boundary of Lot 2 to its projected intersection with the northwest boundary of Section Pt 1, then following northeasterly through Motu Road and Waiua River along the boundary between Section 5C and Section Pt 7, and Section 3B1 and Section 8 to the point of commencement on the intersection of section 3F1, 3B1 and Opape 23 (formerly Section 3 p4).

“Twenty-fifth”:

That area containing the forest known as Houpoto Forest commencing at Otalapu Trig in Lot 4, Block XIII, Haparapara SD then following the southern boundary of Houpoto Whituare in a northwesterly direction to its intersection with the southern boundary of Tunapahore 4B then following that boundary in a westerly direction to the intersection point of its projection and the centreline of State Highway 35 then following the centreline of SH35 in a northerly direction to its intersection point with the projection of the southwest boundary of Houpoto Whituare then following that boundary in a northwesterly direction to its intersection with the northwest boundary of Houpoto Whituare then following that boundary in a northeasterly direction and continuing in the same direction along the northeast boundary of Section 1 to its intersection with the northern boundary of Section 1 then following that boundary in an easterly direction to its intersection with the centreline of SH35 then following the centreline of SH35 in a generally easterly direction to a point beneath the middle point of the Motu Road Bridge, then following the centre of the Motu River upstream to its intersection with the projection of the southeast boundary of Section 6, then following that boundary in a generally southwesterly direction through Paererewawao Trig then following the southern boundaries of Sections 5 and 4 to the point of commencement.

“Twenty-sixth”:

That area containing the forest known as Tunapahore B2A Forest commencing at Te Whiorau Trig in Block III Walaua SD, then westerly following the southern boundary of Lot 4 Tunapahore B2A to the intersection point with the western boundary of Lot 4, then following that boundary in a generally northwesterly direction to the intersection point with the northern boundary of Lot 4 then following that boundary in a southeasterly direction to the intersection point with the southern boundary of Lot 4, then following that boundary in a westerly direction to the point of commencement.

“Twenty-seventh”:

Commencing at Pehitairi Trig in Block III Tokata SD then westerly following the southern boundary of Lot 1 Tunapahore B2A to its intersection with the northern boundary of Lot 1, then following that boundary in an easterly direction along the high tide mark to the intersection with the eastern boundary of Lot 1, then following that boundary in a southeasterly direction to its intersection with the southern boundary of Lot 1, then following that boundary in a westerly direction to the point of commencement.

“Twenty-eighth”:

All that land containing the forest known as Omalo Forest contained within a boundary commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 1, DP 11455 AK, Block VI Haparapara SD to the middle of the Haparapara River, then up the middle of this river, then the Taraoa Stream, then the Te Whanarengaio Stream to opposite the southernmost boundary of Lot 1, DP 11455 AK Block X Haparapara SD, then clockwise to and around the boundaries of this Lot, generally northwesterly, northeasterly, easterly, northwesterly then northeasterly to the northwest corner of the Lot, the start point.

“Twenty-ninth”:

All that area known as Waikawa Forest contained within a boundary commencing at the intersect of the western boundary of Walkawa 3, Block II Te Kaha SD with SH35, to and along the middle of SH35 generally easterly to opposite the northeast boundary of Walkawa 2B, Block II Te Kaha SD, then to and along the northeast boundary of this Section, generally southeast to the northeast boundary of Walkawa 3, continuing clockwise around the boundaries of this Section to the Puanglngi trig, the Ngahereatua trigs, then generally northwest then north to the intersect of the western boundary of Walkawa 3, Block II Te Kaha SD, with SH35 the start point.

“Thirtieth”:

The forest known as Orete and Matangareka commencing at Trig XXXII in Block IX Whangaparapara SD, then generally south following the boundary of Orete Pt 2 to its intersection with Matangareka 3B, then following the Matangareka 3B boundary in a generally southerly direction to the intersection point of its projection with the centre of the Raukokore River, then following the centre of the Raukokore River in a generally
