"Twentieth":
All that area known as Waiotahi Forest contained within a boundary commencing on Waiotahi Road with its intersect with the northwestern corner of Section 451, Block IX Opotiki SD, then proceeding generally southerly along the western boundary of this section to the northwest corner of Section 450, Block IX Opotiki SD, then proceeding clockwise around this Section easterly to its eastern boundary then southerly to the intersect with DP 6733 AK Block X Opotiki SD, then generally southeasterly along the northeast boundary of this Section to intersect with that road reserve that is an extension of Upper Paerata Road, then generally southerly and southwesterly to and along the middle of this road reserve to opposite the southern boundary of Pt 3, Block I Waiotaha SD, then generally westerly a right line to the southwest corner of Pt 1 Block I Waiotaha SD, then clockwise along the boundary of this Section generally northerly then easterly to the intersect with Pt 476, Block IX, Opotiki SD, then generally northerly along the western boundaries of Pt 476, Pt 447 and Pt 476 Block IX Opotiki SD to the northwest corner of Pt 476, then generally westerly then northwesterly along the southwest boundary of Lot 1, Section 2 Block XV Whakatane SD to the southern boundary of Pt Section 3, Block XV Whakatane SD, then clockwise around the boundary of this Pt Section to its intersect with Section 3, Block IX Opotiki SD, then generally northerly then easterly along the boundary of this Section to the intersect with Section 6, Block V Opotiki SD, and again generally northerly easterly along this Section’s boundary to the intersect with Section 175 Block V Opotiki SD and similarly generally northerly then easterly around the boundary of this Section to the road reserve, then to and along the middle of the road reserve, around Lot 4 DP 3699 Block V Opotiki SD to the Waiotahi River then to and up the middle of the Waiotahi River to opposite the southern point of Lot 4 DP 3699, Block V Opotiki SD, then generally west northwesterly to and along the boundary of this Lot to the intersect with Section 6 Block V Opotiki SD then generally southerly along the eastern boundaries of this Section, Section 3, Block IX Opotiki SD and Lot 1, Section 2, Block XV, Whakatane SD to the intersect with Pt 476, Block IX, Opotiki SD, thence generally eastward along the northern boundary of this block continuing easterly to the Waiotahi River, then to and down the middle of the Waiotahi River to opposite the first intersect with Section 573, Block IX Opotiki SD then anticlockwise to and along the boundary of this Section to its eastern boundary then a right line easterly across the Waiotahi River to the middle of Waiotahi Road, then generally southerly along the middle of Waiotahi Road to opposite and to its intersect with the northwest corner of Section 451, Block IX, Opotiki SD, the start point.
"Twenty-first":
All that area containing the forest known as Waloeka Forest within the Opotiki District Council commencing at the northwestern point of Lot 1 DP 6968 Block X Opotiki SD thence generally south and south-easterly then north-easterly along the boundary of this lot and the Road Reserve to the intersect with Pt Lot 2 DP 5622 thence south easterly to the intersect with Allotment 487, Waiotahi Parish, Block XI Opotiki SD (Scenic Reserve) thence southwesterly and southerly along the western boundary of Allotments 487 and 485 and the product of this line to the middle of the Waioeka River, thence generally southerly up the middle of this river to opposite the southeast corner of Lot 1 DP 6968, Block II Waioeka SD, thence to and clockwise around Lot 1 DP 6968 to the commencement point of Lot 1 DP 6968, Block X Opotiki SD.
"Twenty-third":
That forest known as Oponae or Stand Tall Forest commencing at the intersection point of Sections 1, 2 and the Stewardship Area managed under the Conservation Act (formerly State Forest) situated in Block XIV Waioeka SD, then following the boundary between Sections 1 & 2 in an easterly direction to its intersection with the western boundary of Section 4, then following that boundary in a northerly direction to the intersection point of its projection with the centre of Walata Stream then following the centreline of Walata Stream upstream in a generally westerly direction to the intersection with the western boundary of Section 2, then following that boundary in a generally northerly direction to Trig 739C then following the eastern boundary of Section 2 in a generally southerly direction to the intersection point of its projection with the centre of the Waiata Stream, then following the centre of the Waiata Stream in an easterly direction to its intersection point with the centre of the Waioeka River then following the centre of the Waioeka River upstream in a generally south-easterly direction to its intersection with the projection of the eastern boundary of Section 6, then following that boundary in a generally southerly direction to the intersection point of Sections 6, 8 and 9, then following the southern boundary of Section 6 in a westerly direction to Pokirikiri Trig then following the southwestern boundary of Section 11 in a northwesterly direction to the intersection point of its projection with the centre of the Oponae Stream then following the centre of the Oponae Stream upstream in a southwesterly direction to its intersection with the eastern boundary of Section 1, then following that boundary in a westerly direction to its intersection with the eastern boundary of the Department of Conservation Stewardship Area (formerly State Forest), then following that boundary in a northerly direction to the point of commencement.
"Twenty-fourth":
Those forests known as Torere, Meremere, and Mangakahao commencing at the intersection point of Sections 3F1, 3B1 and Opapa 23 (formerly Section 3P4) in Block VI, Waiau S.D. Gisborne Land District then following the Opapa 23 boundary in a northwesterly direction to its intersection with Sections 3F3B and (3P1 and 3P3 SubA), then following Opapa 23 boundary in a northeasterly direction to its intersection with the southwest boundary of Lot 7 Opapa 2A1 Block, then following that boundary in a northwesterly direction, continuing through Lots 8 & 5 to the southwest corner of Lot 5, then following the western boundary of Lot 5 to its northwestern extremity, then following the northeast boundary in a southeasterly direction, through Lot 6, with its projection across the Maori Roadway to the northwest corner of Section 2A3, then following the boundaries of Section 2A3, first southwesterly then southeasterly, then northeasterly, then northwesterly to the intersection of the northwest boundary of
