The Forest known as Potikirua Forest commencing at the point where the common boundary between Potikirua Block and Section Pt 1B4B originates on the shoreline in Block 1 Matakaoa SD then generally south following this boundary to the intersection point of its projection with the centreline of SH35, then generally in a southwesterly direction following the centreline to the point of projection of the western boundary of Section Pt1B4D2 then following that boundary to its intersection of the southern boundary of Section 1B4D2 then easterly following that boundary and its projection to the centreline of SH35 then generally southerly following the centreline of SH35 to the point of projection of the southern boundaries of the Crown Land and Potikirua Block then following this line in a westerly direction to its intersection with the eastern boundary of Section 1 (formerly Crown Land) then following this boundary to the south boundary of Section 1, then westerly following this boundary to the west boundary of Section 1, then generally northerly following this boundary to its intersection with the southern boundary of Potikirua Block, then generally westerly following this boundary across SH35 to the western boundary of Potikirua Block, then northerly following this boundary to its intersection with the shoreline, then generally easterly along the shoreline to the commencement point.
“Thirty-second”:
The forest known as Waitangirua Forest commencing at the intersection point of Section 1, Section 2 and Section 3, Block X Matakaoa SD then following the boundary of Section 1 in a generally southwesterly direction to the intersection point of its projection with the centre line of Te Komuka Road, then following the centreline of the road in a southerly direction to its intersection with the projection of the boundary between Section 1 and Section Pt 2N, then following this boundary in a generally northwesterly direction to the intersection point with Te Komuka Road then crossing the road to the intersection point of the western boundary of Section 1 and Te Komuka Road, then following the Section 1 boundary in a northerly direction to the Waitangirua Stream, then following the centre of the Waitangirua Stream to its intersection point of its projection with the centre of the Oweka Stream, then following the centre of the Oweka in a generally easterly direction to its intersection point with Section 10B, Section 4 and Section 1, then following the northern boundary of Section 1 in a southeasterly direction to its intersection with Section 4 and Section 3, then following the boundary between Section 3 and Section 1 in a southerly direction to the point of commencement.
As the same are more particularly delineated on those plans numbered MF 107 deposited in the Head Office of the Ministry of Forestry at Wellington, and thereon bordered red”.

Hamilton City—Waikato County Boundary Alteration Notice 1988
Pursuant to section 50 (2) (c) of the Local Government Act 1974, the Minister of Local Government gives the following notice.
Notice

This notice may be cited as the Hamilton City—Waikato County Boundary Alteration Notice 1988.

This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

The boundaries of Hamilton City and Waikato County are hereby altered by excluding from Waikato County and including within Hamilton City those areas described in the First Schedule hereto, and by excluding from Hamilton City and including within Waikato County the area described in the Second Schedule hereto, being areas for which there are no electors.
First Schedule
All that area in the South Auckland Land District, Hamilton City, containing 478 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S.19662 and Allotment 486, Kirikiriroa Parish, situated in N.Z.M.S. 261 S14 Sheet 51.34. All certificate of title 23B/429.
All that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waikato County, containing 448 square metres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Lot 14, D.P. S.11404 situated in N.Z.M.S. 261 S14 Sheet 51.34 and proceeding along a right line on a bearing of 234° 10' 30" for a distance of 42.62 metres; thence along another right line bearing 103° 58' 20" for a distance of 27.42 metres, to the south-eastern corner of Lot 14, D.P. S.11404; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of Lot 14 aforesaid, to the point of commencement.
All that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waikato County, containing 640 square metres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. S.16150 situated in N.Z.M.S. 261 S14 Sheets 46.26 and 46.27, and proceeding easterly along the northern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. S.16150 and its projection to a point on the northerly production of the eastern boundary of Lot 59, D.P. S.17824; thence southerly along the last-mentioned production, to a point 45.26 metres from the northern side of Carrs Road; thence westerly along a right line parallel to Carrs Road, to the eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 32102; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of Lot 5 aforesaid to the point of commencement.
Second Schedule
All that area in the South Auckland Land District, Hamilton City, containing 698 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1,
