X Rotoma SD then generally easterly to and along the boundary of this Block across Manawahe Road to the shore of Lake Rotoma, then along the shore of Lake Rotoma, generally southeasterly, then southwesterly to the eastern point of the Lake Rotoma scenic reserve, then generally northwesterly along the northeast boundary of the Lake Rotoma Scenic reserve to the intersect with Lot 2 DPS 12740 Block X Rotoma SD, continuing northwesterly along the southwest boundary of this Lot to the middle of Manawahe Road, then generally northeasterly along the middle of Manawahe Road to the middle of the junction of Pongakawa Valley Road, the start point.

“Fifteenth”:
All that area containing the forest known as Mokorua Forest within the Whakatane District Council commencing at the south-easternmost corner of Lot 5 DPS 30938, Block V, Whakatane SD thence westerly to the south-western corner of this lot where it intersects with Pt Lot 1 DP 28698 thence northerly along the western boundary of Lot 5 to the intersect with Allotment 553 Waimaena Parish (Mokorua Bush Scenic Reserve) thence generally north-easterly along the eastern boundary of Lot 5 DPS 30938, Blocks V and II Whakatane SD to the intersect with Allotment 553 Waimaena Parish (Mokorua Bush Scenic Reserve) thence generally northerly along the eastern boundary of Lot 5 DPS 30938 Blocks V and II Whakatane SD to the intersect with Lot 8 DPS 30938 thence continuing easterly and southerly along the boundary of Lot 5 to the commencement point at the south-easternmost corner of the block.

“Sixteenth”:
The forest known as Taneatua Forest starting from the south, the southeastern intersect of Pt Allot 307 Waimaana Parish Block XIV Whakatane SD with SH2 proceeding generally west then north to and along the middle of SH2 to opposite the intersection of the south western corner of the Scenic Reserve, Allot 676, then generally easterly then northwesterly, to and along the boundary with the scenic reserve to the scenic reserves northern point, then a right line to the southwest corner of Lot 3, DPS 9839 Block IX Whakatane SD then generally northerly along the west boundary of this Lot and Lot 2, DPS 9430 Block IX Whakatane SD to the intersect with Allot 467 Block IX Whakatane SD, then clockwise round the boundary of this Allot to its western boundary, then a right line, northerly to the northwest corner of Allot 459 Waimaana Parish, Block V Whakatane SD, thence generally eastward to the southeast corner of Lot 1, DP 29595 Block V Whakatane SD, thence clockwise around the boundaries of this lot back to its southeast corner, then a right line to the southeast corner of Allot 461, Waimaana Parish, Block IX Whakatane SD, thence generally eastward to and along the middle of the road easement to opposite its intersect with the north point of Lot 1 DPS 9430 Block X Whakatane SD, then a right line to the north east corner of Lot 2, DPS 9839 Block X Whakatane SD, then clockwise around the boundary of this Lot to its intersect with Lot 1, DPS 16785 Block X Whakatane SD, along the northern boundary and its product of this Lot to the middle of Stanley Road, generally southerly along the middle of Stanley Road to opposite the southern intersect of Lot 1, DPS 16785, Whakatane SD, then clockwise to and along the boundary of this Lot to its western boundary, then a right line to the southern intersect of Pt Allot 307 with SH2, the start point.

“Seventeenth”:
The forest known as Kereruahi Forest, containing that land within a boundary commencing at the eastern most point of Lot 1, DPS 11207, Block XI Whakatane SD, its intersect with SH2, then generally southwesterly along the boundary of this Lot to its intersection with Lot 3, DPS 11207, Block XI Whakatane SD, then generally southeast round this lot to the intersection with Lot 4 DPS 11207, Block XI Whakatane SD then clockwise around this lot generally southeasterly then westerly to meet its western boundary, then a right line generally northwesterly to the southwest tip of Lot 2, DPS 30353, Block X Whakatane SD, then generally north, north westerly along the boundary of this lot to its intersect with Pt 1, DPS 29276, Block X Whakatane SD, then clockwise around the boundary of this block, generally northeasterly, easterly then northeasterly to the intersect with Allot 181 Waimaana Parish, Block XI Whakatane SD, then generally northwesterly then northeasterly along the boundary of this Allot to its intersect with Allot 180 Waimaana Parish, then a right line northwest to the middle of Stanley Road, then generally northeasterly along the middle of Stanley Road to the middle of Walnut Road junction, then easterly along the middle of Walnut Road to the middle of Waingarara Stream bridge, then generally southerly up the middle of the Waingarara Stream to where it comes to bound Pt Allot 356 Waimaana Parish then generally southeasterly to and along the boundary of this Allot to its intersect with Pt Allot 186 Waimaana Parish, then generally easterly along the north boundary and its product of this Allot to the middle of SH2, then generally southerly down the middle of SH2 to opposite and to its intersect with the southeastern point of Lot 1, DPS 11207, Block XI Whakatane SD, the point of commencement.

“Eighteenth”:
That area containing the forest known as Waimaana Forest contained in a boundary commencing at the northern point of Section 5, Block VI Waimaana SD, then southerly across the road reserve and along the east boundary of Section 3, Block VI Waimaana SD to the intersect of Waimaana 1C3, Block VII Waimaana SD, then clockwise around the north, east and southern boundaries of this block back to the boundary of Section 3, Block VI, Waimaana SD, then clockwise, generally southwest and northerly along the boundary of this Section to the road reserve, then generally westerly to and along the middle of the road reserve to opposite the western intersect with Section 4, Block VI Waimaana SD, then generally northeasterly to and along the northwest boundaries of Sections 4 and 5 Block VI Waimaana SD to the commencing point at the northern point of Section 5, Block VI Waimaana SD.

“Nineteenth”:
The area containing the forest known as Matahi Forest commencing at the northwestern corner of Section Pt 2AD2, Block VII Waimaana SD Gisborne Land District then following the northern boundary of that section in a generally southeasterly direction to cross the Waimaana River and the Matahi Valley Road to a point on the southern corner of Section 1D5B then following the boundary of Section Pt 2AD2 in a northeasterly direction to continue across the Parau Stream to the intersection of the western boundary of Section 2AE No 2 with the southern boundary of Section 1, then following the southern boundary of Section 1 in a westerly direction to the intersection point of its projection with the centre line of Matahi Valley Road, then following the centreline of the road in a northerly direction to its intersection with the projection of the northern boundary of Section 1, then following that boundary in an easterly direction to its intersection with the western boundary of Section 2AE1 No 2, then following that boundary in a northeasterly direction past its intersection with the southwest corner of Section 2 of 2 and continuing to the intersection of the northern boundary of Section 2 of 2, then following that boundary in a generally easterly direction to its intersection point with Section 1 of 2 and Section Pt 1, then following the eastern boundaries of Section 2 of 2, Section 3, and Section 1 to Taumaoho Trig, then following the southern boundaries of Section 1 and Section Pt 2AD2 in a southwesterly direction to the intersection with the eastern boundary of Paemaeho Block then following the south western boundary of Section Pt 2AD2 in a northwesterly direction across Matahi Valley Road and the Waimaana River to the point of commencement.
