Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Land and Fauna of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a Government purpose (staff housing) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Devonport Borough

1206 square metres, more or less, being lot 15, D.P. 12834, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District. All certificate of title 358/112.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of the Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Recreation, Tourism, and Historic Resources, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Palmerston North City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Wellington Land District—City of Palmerston North

All that parcel of land containing 671 square metres, more or less, being Lot 12, D.P. 49366, situated in Block I, Kairanga Survey District.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Land and Fauna of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waimairi District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account.

Canterbury Land District—Waimairi District

678 square metres, more or less, being Lot 16, D.P. 23546, situated in Block, Christchurch Survey District. All certificate of title 2D/1452 (Road Reserve).

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Deputy Director-General (Conservation Management) of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the Waihaha scenic Reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Hokitika Borough Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the West Coast Regional Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and vests the said reserve in the Hokitika Borough Council in trust for that purpose, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Westland Land District—Hokitika Borough—Part Harper Park

1.6670 hectares, more or less, being Section 4143, Town of Hokitika, situated in Block I, Kaniere Survey District, S.O. Plan 11182.
