Conservation Act 1987

Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes as a Conservation Park

Pursuant to sections 7 (1) and 61 (3) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be held for conservation purposes and shall be deemed to have been declared to be held for the purpose of a conservation park (as part of a conservation park to be known as North-west Nelson Forest Park).

25.5382 hectares, more or less, being part Section 69, Block I, Waitapu Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1951, page 1722 and part New Zealand Gazette, 1970, page 1596.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Tauranga County Council on the 19th day of October 1987:

"That, the exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act".

1210 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 182, Tahawai Parish, situated in N.Z.M.S. 261 T13 sheet 8.4. All certificate of title 36D/551. S.O. Plan 55839.

Revocation of the Reservation of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Recreation Tourism and Historic Resources, of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

2.6178 hectares, more or less, being part Allotment 92, Mahurangi Parish, situated in Block VI, Mahurangi Survey District. All certificate of title 755/142.
