Take notice that an advertisement of a winding up petition against Devonport Estates Limited was placed in this newspaper on the 23rd day of November 1988.
The debt giving rise to the filing of the petition is disputed and by order of the High Court at Christchurch on the 23rd November 1988, the application to wind up this company was stayed pending further order of the court and publication was restrained until further order of the court.
