Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court

Take notice that on the 25th day of November 1988, an application for the winding up of Reid Farmers Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on the 23rd day of February 1988 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

Ex Parte—BNZ Finance Limited, in substitution for Norsie Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington and carrying on business as financier—A Creditor.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 23rd day of November 1988, presented to the said Court by BNZ Finance Limited of Wellington, financier; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on Wednesday, 14 December 1988 at 11.45 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose, and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
