(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers in the borough of Reefton:

Minimum of 4 days per week.

(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:

Commencing at 3.30 p.m.

(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:

Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than 1 metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.

This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.

Minimum Standards—Westland Home Delivery District

In terms of section 16 of the Milk Act 1988, the New Zealand Milk Authority hereby determines the following minimum standards in relation to the delivery of milk by and on behalf of the processor for the Westland home delivery district. (The Westland home delivery district covers the same area as the Westland milk district in terms of the Milk Districts Order 1968—New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1968, P1403 et seq.)

(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers:

(i) Greymouth and Hokitika:
7 days per week.

(ii) Brunner, Kumara, and Runanga:
Minimum of 3 days per week, no 2 of which are to be consecutive.

(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:

Brunner—Commencing at 6.30 a.m.
Kumara—Commencing at 1.30 p.m.
Greymouth—Commencing at 2 p.m.
Runanga—Commencing at 2 p.m.
Hokitika—Commencing at 3.30 p.m.

(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:

Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than 1 metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.

This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.

In terms of section 16 of the Milk Act 1988, the New Zealand Milk Authority hereby determines the following minimum standards in relation to the delivery of milk by and on behalf of the processor for the Marlborough home delivery district. (The Marlborough home delivery district covers the same area as the Marlborough milk district in terms of the Milk Districts Order 1968—New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1968, P1403 et seq.)

(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers:

Woodbourne:
7 days per week.

(ii) Seddon, Dashwood and Wairau Valley:
Minimum of 6 days per week.

(iii) Picton, Havelock, Koromiko, Tuamarina, Rarangi, Linkwater, the Grove arm of Queen Charlotte Sound, and Ward:
Minimum of 3 days per week, no 2 of which are to be consecutive.

(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:

(i) Rarangi and Tuamarina:
Commencing at 7.30 a.m.

(ii) Ward:
Commencing at 8.30 a.m.

(iii) Other places:
Commencing at 2 p.m.

(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:

Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than 1 metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.

This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.

7 days per week.

(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
Commencing at 2 p.m.

(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than 1 metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.

This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.
