Minimum Standards—South Wairarapa Home Delivery District
In terms of section 16 of the Milk Act 1988, the New Zealand Milk Authority hereby determines the following minimum standards in relation to the delivery of milk by and on behalf of the processor for the South Wairarapa home delivery district. (The South Wairarapa home delivery district covers the same area as the South Wairarapa milk district in terms of the Milk Districts Order 1968—New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1968, P1403 et seq.)
(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers:
(i) Masterton, Greytown, Featherston and Martinborough:
7 days per week.
(ii) Carterton and Eketahuna:
Minimum of 3 days per week, no 2 of which are to be consecutive.
(iii) Lake Ferry:
Minimum of 2 days per week, which are not to be consecutive.
(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
(i) Lansdowne area of Masterton:
Commencing at 6 a.m.
(ii) All other places referred to in (a) above:
Commencing at 4 p.m.
(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than 1 metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.
This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.

Minimum Standards—Nelson Home Delivery District
In terms of section 16 of the Milk Act 1988, the New Zealand Milk Authority hereby determines the following minimum standards in relation to the delivery of milk by and on behalf of the processor for the Nelson home delivery district. (The Nelson home delivery district covers the same area as the Nelson milk district in terms of the Milk Districts Order 1968—New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1968, P1403 et seq.)
(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers:
(i) Nelson city, Richmond, Motueka, Brightwater, Wakefield and Tākaka:
7 days per week.
(ii) Rural areas on the outskirts of Richmond, Motueka, Brightwater and Wakefield and the rural areas between those places; Tapawera, Murchison and the interconnecting highway; Collingwood; highway from the summit of the Tākaka hill to the outskirts of Tākaka:
Minimum of 3 days per week, no 2 of which are to be consecutive.
(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
(i) Murchison:
Commencing at 5 a.m.
(ii) Tapawera to the outskirts of Murchison:
Commencing at 8.30 a.m.
(iii) Collingwood:
Commencing at 6 a.m.
(iv) Other places:
During the period of daylight saving:
Commencing at 4 p.m.
During other times of the year:
Commencing at 3 p.m.
(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than 1 metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.

(The Buller home delivery district covers the same area as the Buller milk district in terms of the Milk Districts Order 1968—New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1968, P1403 et seq.)
(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers:
(i) Westport:
7 days per week.
(ii) Waimangaroa, Granity and Ngakawau:
Minimum of 3 days per week, no 2 of which are to be consecutive.
(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
(i) Westport:
Commencing at 4 p.m.
(ii) Waimangaroa, Granity and Ngakawau:
Commencing at 7 a.m.
(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than 1 metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.
This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.
