(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
Commencing at 4 p.m.
(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than 1 metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.
This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.

Minimum Standards—Poverty Bay Home Delivery District
In terms of section 16 of the Milk Act 1988, the New Zealand Milk Authority hereby determines the following minimum standards in relation to the delivery of milk by and on behalf of the processor for the Poverty Bay home delivery district. (The Poverty Bay home delivery district covers the same area as the Poverty Bay milk district in terms of the Milk Districts Order 1968—New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1968, P1403 et seq.)
(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers in Gisborne:
7 days per week.
(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
(i) Mangapapa, Awapuni, Taruheru and Makaraka:
Commencing at 5 a.m.
(ii) Other places:
Commencing at 3.30 p.m.
(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than 1 metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.
This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.

In terms of section 16 of the Milk Act 1988, the New Zealand Milk Authority hereby determines the following minimum standards in relation to the delivery of milk by and on behalf of the processor for the Wairoa home delivery district. (The Wairoa home delivery district covers the same area as the Wairoa milk district in terms of the Milk Districts Order 1968—New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1968, P1403 et seq.)
(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers in the borough of Wairoa:
Minimum of 6 days per week.
(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
Commencing at 3.30 p.m.
(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than 1 metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.
This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.

In terms of section 16 of the Milk Act 1988, the New Zealand Milk Authority hereby determines the following minimum standards in relation to the delivery of milk by and on behalf of the processor for the Hawke’s Bay home delivery district. (The Hawke’s Bay home delivery district covers the same area as the Hawke’s Bay milk district in terms of the Milk Districts Order 1968—New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1968, P1403 et seq.)
(a) Frequency of delivery of milk to domestic consumers in Napier, Hastings and Havelock North:
7 days per week. However, for an experimental period of 6 months, commencing on 1 January 1989, for one round in Napier: a minimum of 6 days per week.
(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
Commencing at 3 p.m.
(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than 1 metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.
This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.

7 days per week.
(b) Times at which milk is to be delivered to domestic consumers:
Commencing at 4 p.m.
(c) Point of delivery to domestic consumers:
Delivery to domestic consumers is not hereby required to be made at a point further than 1 metre from the boundary of private property with a public road or street.
