Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Land and Fauna of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a utility reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Papakura City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

North Auckland Land District—Papakura City

73 square metres, more or less, being Lot 55, D.P. 55771, situated in Block IV, Drury Survey District. Part certificate of title 337/246.

Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Recreation, Tourism and Historic Resources, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve, over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Whakatane District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into council’s reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Recreation, Tourism and Historic Resources, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Horowhenua County Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sales to be used in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other lands for reserves.
