DFC Financial Services Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, with reference to Pacific Explorer Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 7th day of November 1988 it appointed Messrs David Geoffrey Rhodes and Richard Nicholas Ineson, both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the firm of Messrs Markham & Partners, 188–192 Armagh Street, Christchurch to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of this company charged by a certain debenture dated the 28th day of April 1987 and given by this company to DFC Financial Services Ltd.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its property and assets, wheresoever and wheresoever situate both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.
