Land Transfer Act Notices

Notice is hereby given that a certificate of title, will be issued in the name of George Michael Cheeseman of Blenheim, civil servant for the parcel of land hereinafter described pursuant to an application made under section 3, of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 23rd December 1988.

Application 965 for all that parcel of land containing 1232 square metres, being part Section 43, Opawa Registration District (now Lot 2, Land Transfer Plan 6774), and being part of the land in certificate of title 2C/215, (Marlborough Registry), the registered proprietors thereof being Thomas Redwood of Burleigh, farmer and Charles Redwood of Riverlands, farmer.
