Land Act 1948

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation
with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the
land, described in the Schedule hereto as a local purpose
(segregation strip) reserve, subject to the provisions of the
Reserves Act 1977.

South Auckland Land District—Taupo County

37 square metres, more or less, being Section 23, Block XIV,
Tatua Survey District. Part certificate of title 46/110. S.O.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager,
Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following
resolution was passed by the Manukau City Council on the 31
day of July 1986:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Manukau City Council
hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said city in
fee simple and, described in the First Schedule hereto shall be,
and the same is hereby, declared to be Road Reserve within
the meaning of the said Act. And furthermore that the pieces
of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the
Second Schedule hereto shall be, and the same are hereby
declared to be Esplanade Reserve within the meaning of the
said Act."

First Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City

1552 square metres, more or less, being Lots 30 and 31, D.P.
106742, situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District. Part
certificate of title 57D/249.

Second Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City

4213 square metres, more or less, being Lots 32, 33 and 34,
D.P. 106742, situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District.
Part certificate of title 57D/249.

3490 square metres, more or less, being Lots 35 and 36, D.P.
106741, situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District. Part
certificate of title 57D/249.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Recreation,
Tourism and Historic Resources of the Department of
Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over the reserve
as a recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

2610 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 2,
D.P. 64849, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District.
All certificate of title 754/186, limited as to the parcels.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager hereby
authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve described in
the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the
Second Schedule hereto.
