LPG Fuel System Approvals
Pursuant to regulation 90s of the Traffic Regulations 1976* (as inserted by the Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 7), and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport, I, Hugh Cameron Matheson, Senior Automotive Engineer, hereby approve the components listed in the Schedule hereto for inclusion in any LPG automotive fuel system installed and operated in accordance with the requirements of New Zealand Standard NZS 5422, Part 1, 1987 (and any standard made in amendment thereto or in substitution therefore) subject to the conditions (if any) set out in respect of any component in the said Schedule.

Notice of Intention to Hold an Inquiry into the Operation of a Transport Licence
Garry Edward Smith, Taxicab Service Licensee of 411 Don Buck Road, Massey, Auckland.
Take notice that pursuant to section 140 (1) (a) and (b) of the Transport Act 1962, the No. 2 Transport District Licensing Authority (J. M. Foser), will hold an inquiry to determine whether the licensee (a) no longer meets the criteria set out in section 124 of the Act or (b) has failed to comply with any term or condition of Taxicab Service Licence No. 18083.
The inquiry will be held in the Conference Room, Ministry of Transport, Ninth Floor, Customhouse Building, Quay Street, Auckland on Thursday, 3 November 1988, commencing at 10 a.m.

Take notice that pursuant to section 140 (1) (a) and (b) of the Transport Act 1962, the No. 3 Transport District Licensing Authority (J. M. Foster), will hold an inquiry to ascertain whether or not the licensee (a) owing to changed circumstances no longer meets the criteria set out in section 124 of the Act and or (b) has failed to comply with any term or condition of Taxicab Service Licence No. 99268.
The inquiry will be held in the Board Room, Central Waikato Electric Power Board, Anglesea Street, Hamilton on Tuesday, 8 November 1988, commencing at 11 a.m.

Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986
Approval of Defensive Driving Organisations
Pursuant to section 48 (2) (a) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986, and to section 39 (a) of the Transport Act 1962; and pursuant to a delegation given by the Secretary for Transport in an instrument dated the 2nd day of November 1987, I, Geoffrey Thomas Henry, Assistant Director of Road Transport, hereby approve the following organisations to be defensive driving organisations for the purposes of section 68 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 32 (2) of the Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulations 1987.
- Wellington Driver Training School.
- South Waikato Defensive Driving, Tokoroa.
