In the matter of section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Maughold Enterprises Ltd.

Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of September 1988, DFC New Zealand Ltd. appointed Messrs Peter Reginald Howells and Richard Dale Agnew, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Maughold Enterprises Ltd. under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 28th day of May 1986, given by that company.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of September 1988, Nathan Securities Ltd. and Nathan Finance Ltd. appointed Messrs Daniel Martin Virtue and Anthony John McKessar, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Fleet Services (Auckland) Ltd. under the powers contained in an instrument, dated the 27th day of May 1987, being a debenture from Fleet Services (Auckland) Ltd. to Nathan Securities Ltd. and Nathan Finance Ltd.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Eastside Hardware (1980) Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hamilton, hereby gives notice that on the 16th day of September 1988 it appointed Peter Ross McLean and Peter John Charles Rogers, both of Hamilton, chartered Accountants, jointly and severally as receiver and manager of the property of Whitney Holdings Ltd. under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 2nd day of June 1987, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Whitney Holdings Ltd.
