Evidence of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of the certificate of title (Marlborough Registry), described in the Schedule below, having been lodged with me together with an application 141427.1 for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, and application 141427.2 for a change of name, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and register such change of name upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
