Warwick Francis Wright of Auckland, solicitor, being the holder of a debenture in his favour dated 13 August 1987 and registered at the companies office at Auckland on 3 September 1987, issued by Canadian Concepts Ltd. (formerly called Nat-Cloe Imports Ltd.) (“the company”), hereby gives notice that on 27 September 1988 under the powers contained in the said debenture, he appointed Bruce Arthur Christmas and Michael John Lear of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of the company. Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

NZI Finance Ltd., and NZI Securities Ltd. both companies duly incorporated in New Zealand and having their respective registered offices at Auckland and NZI International Acceptances Ltd., a company duly incorporated in and having its registered office at Hong Kong, hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of September 1988, it appointed Lindsay John Brown and Ewan James Soper, both of Dunedin, chartered accountants as receivers and managers of the property of Otago Central Drilling Company Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 5th day of June 1986, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by Otago Central Drilling Company Ltd.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

DFC New Zealand Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of September 1988, Gary Kenneth Urwin and Lindsay Mark Williamson, chartered accountants of Auckland and Palmerston North respectively, were appointed the joint and several receivers and managers of Westmere Marketing Company Ltd. under and by virtue of the provisions of a debenture dated the 3rd day of November 1986.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Horwath & Horwarth, Chartered Accountants, 623 Main Street, Palmerston North.
