Declaring Land to be Road and Road to be Stopped and Vested in Block XIII, Arapawa Survey District, Marlborough County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation to the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Wellington hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Marlborough County Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and vested in George Stanley Beresford Yorke of Port Underwood, farmer and Doreen Cecilia Yorke, his wife and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 4B/790, Marlborough Land Registry).

Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Block X, Mount Robinson Survey District, Manawatu County

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Wellington hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Manawatu County Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and the stopped road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Crown Land in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands amends the notice dated the 28th day of March 1988, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 31 March 1988, No. 56 at page 1364, declaring land to be Crown land in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County by omitting the following:

“Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.”

and substituting the following:

“Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the stormwater easement granted by transfer 230155.1 and also subject to the Land Act 1948.”
