Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington hereby amends the notice dated the 25th day of February 1988, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 March 1988, No. 38 at page 830, declaring land to be Crown land in Block III, Otahoua Survey District by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following:
