Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Cook County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands.

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land in the First Schedule to be road and shall vest in The Cook County Council.

(b) Declares the land in the Second Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:

(i) The areas marked ‘F’ and ‘G’ (now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 7937) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5A/249, together with rights in transfers 73694, 120868.6, 120868.7, 120868.8, 127850.14 and subject to rights in transfer 120868.9, compensation certificate 156531.2, caveat 163347.6, certificate 170660.1.

(ii) The area marked ‘I’ (now known as Section 3, S.O. 7937) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 4A/1055, together with rights in transfers 73694, 120868.6, 120868.7, 120868.8, 120868.9 and subject to mortgages 120868.24, 167569.6, caveat 120868.26.
