Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands hereby amends the declaration dated the 1st day of August 1988, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 August 1988, No. 141 at page 3253, declaring land to be Crown land by omitting the following from the Schedule:

"D.P. 11367"

and substituting the following:

"D.P. 11637".
