Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Crown and pursuant to section 11 (1a) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 38.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1) declares the parts of road described in Second Schedule to be stopped.
