Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped in the County of Waipau

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Crown and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 35.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.

Road Re-Alignment in the District of Manawatu

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands—

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Manawatu District Council on the 8th day of September 1988.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 442, folio 170, subject to statutory land charge 328864.1 and memoranda of mortgage 820224.3, 387686.1, 501940.2 and 820224.5.
