The Traffic (Paparua County) Notice No. 1, 1988

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carme Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Paparua County) Notice No. 1, 1988.

The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

So much of the Traffic (Paparua County) Notice No. 4, 1984, signed on the 12th day of December 1984, which relates to roads in the Schedule below and so much of the Traffic (Paparua County) Notice No. 1, 1984, signed on the 28th day of August 1984†, which relates to roads in the Schedule below, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 are revoked.

First Schedule

Situated within Paparua County at Halswell:
Hyndhope Road.

Kennedys Bush Road: from a point 50 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Hyndhope Road to a point 1200 metres measured southerly and easterly, generally, along the said road from Hyndhope Road.

Second Schedule

Situated within Paparua County at Halswell:
Dunbars Road: from a point 50 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said road from Hindess Street to Wigram Road.

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carme Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga City) Notice No. 1, 1988.

The roads specified in the First Schedule are excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Third Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

So much of the Traffic (Tauranga City and Tauranga County) Notice No. 1, 1986, signed on the 18th day of November 1986†, which relates to roads in the Schedule below, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is revoked.
