The Traffic (Strathallan County) Notice No. 1, 1988
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Strathallan County) Notice No. 1, 1988.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Transport Regulations 1976.
The warrant declaring the area within Strathallan County at Pareora to be a Closely Populated Locality dated the 14th day of November 1952* is revoked.

Situated within Strathallan County at Pareora:
Abbott Street.
Bristol Street.
Clifford Street.
Davidson Street.
Elworthy Street.
King Street.
Pareora Avenue.
Queen Street.
Rhodes Street.
River Road.
Turnbull Street.
Second Schedule
Situated within Strathallan County at Woodbury:
Woodbury Road: from a point 200 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said road from Burdon Road to a point 300 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Burdon Road.

The Traffic (Takapuna City) Notice No. 1, 1988
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Takapuna City) Notice No. 1, 1988.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Third Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
So much of the Traffic (Takapuna City and East Coast Bays City) Notice No. 2, 1986, signed on the 12th day of December 1986 which relates to roads in the Schedule below, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is revoked.
First Schedule
Situated within Takapuna City:
The Albany Highway: from Glenfield Road to the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff).
Oteha Valley Road: from East Coast Road to a point 500 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from East Coast Road.
Second Schedule
Situated within Takapuna City:
Sunset Road.
Third Schedule
Situated within Takapuna City:
Oteha Valley Road: from East Coast Road to a point 500 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from East Coast Road.
The Albany Highway: from Glenfield Road to a point 300 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said highway from Sunset Road; and from a point 120 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said highway from Oteha Stream Bridge to the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) at Albany.
