Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Block I, Pakaumanu Survey District, Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the notice dated the 8th day of August 1986 and published in Gazette, 14 August 1986, No. 127, page 3410, declaring land to be road, road to be stopped and land taken in Block I, Pakaumanu Survey District, Waitomo District pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, to be amended by omitting reference to memorandum of mortgage H 612651.4 South Auckland Land Registry, in paragraph (d) of the operative clause thereof.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block II, Whitianga Survey District, Thames - Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road, which shall vest in The Thames-Coromandel District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and when so stopped the said portion of road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 56612, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1465, folio 15, subject to encumbrance S. 55126, memorandum of mortgage H. 510312.1 and memorandum of priority H. 510312.2, South Auckland Land Registry; and

(c) Pursuant to section 124 and 116, declares the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be a Government road and to be stopped.
