Declaring Land Acquired for an Accessway in Block VI, Town of Wyndham, Southland County

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for an accessway and shall vest in The Southland County Council on the 28th day of January 1988.

Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated in the County of Waikohu

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development, declares the parts of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the stopped road firstly described (now known as Section 34, Block XI, Motu S.D.) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 113/69 subject to mortgages 116642.4, 104532, 120921.1 and 122219.1, and the stopped road second and thirdly described (now known as Sections 35 and 36 respectively, Block XI, Motu S.D.) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3B/672, subject to mortgages 116642.4, 104532, 120921.1 and 122219.1.

Declaring Road to be Stopped in Block IV, Aroha Survey District, Ohinemuri County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to section 117 (7), declares the area of said stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto to be added to the land described in the Second Schedule which is land held for a State primary school by New Zealand Gazette, 26 November 1987, No. 209, page 5365 (H. 767434 South Auckland Land Registry).

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of road containing 1487 square metres, situated in Block IV, Aroha Survey District, adjoining or passing through Section 45, Block IV, Aroha Survey District; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 56598, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of land containing 1.2140 hectares, being section 45, Block IV, Aroha Survey District: as shown on S.O. Plan 18322, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
