Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Tauranga County Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

Road Realignment in the County of Southland

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Southland County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas marked ‘D’ and ‘H’ on S.O. Plan 10516, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 187, folio 108.

(ii) The area marked ‘E’ on S.O. Plan 10516, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 27, folio 60.

(iii) The area marked ‘F’ on S.O. Plan 10516, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 55, folio 274.

(iv) The area marked ‘G’ on S.O. Plan 10516, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 192, folio 263.

(v) The area marked ‘I’ on S.O. Plan 10516, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5D/538.

(vi) The area marked ‘L’ on S.O. Plan 10517, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. B3/575.

(vii) The area marked ‘M’ on S.O. Plan 10517, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5D/847.
