Public Works Act 1981

Declaring Road to be Stopped in Block I Pakaurangi Survey District, Waitomo District

Pursuant to Part V of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped; and

(b) Pursuant to section 117, declares that the said portion of road, now known as Section 55, Block I, Pakaurangi Survey District, shall when so stopped be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1049, folio 183, South Auckland Land Registry.
