In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Jurie Shipping Company (1964) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin:

Notice is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 20th day of June 1988 confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from the sum of $800,000 to the sum of $50,000 and the minute approved by the Court, showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the Companies Act 1955, were registered by the District Registrar of Companies at Dunedin on the 3rd day of June 1988. The minute is in the words and figures following—

That subject to obtaining the approval of the High Court of New Zealand at Dunedin the capital of the company be reduced from eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) divided into 800 000 ordinary shares of one dollar ($1.00) each and that such reduction be effected by paying to each shareholder the sum of one dollar ($1.00) for each share held by the shareholder being capital which is in excess of the wants of the company.

It is hereby certified pursuant to section 51 of the Partnership Act 1908 that:
