In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of United Aviation Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Palmerston North, aerial contractors:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 26th day of May 1988, presented to the said Court by Palmerston North Flying School Limited; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Palmerston North on the 1st day of August 1988 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Southside Heating Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 234 Kahikatea Drive, Hamilton and carrying on the business of manufacturers:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 23rd day of May 1988, presented to the said Court by The Stack Manufacturing Company Limited (in receivership); and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 11th day of July 1988 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

In the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and in the matter of Georgie Grant Pettit of Honolulu, Hawaii, widow, deceased, and in the matter of an application by Christopher James Parr and David Gordon Rich, both of Auckland, solicitors for approval of a scheme:

Notice is hereby given that Christopher James Parr and David Gordon Rich as trustees of a charitable trust under the will of Georgie Grant Pettit of Honolulu, Hawaii, widow who died on the 4th day of February 1977 have prepared a scheme under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

The Scheme Provides:

“1. That the property held by the applicants as trustees of the charitable trust arising under subclauses (d) and (e) of clause 7 of the will dated the 28th day of June 1966 of Georgie Grant Pettit of Honolulu, Hawaii, widow, deceased, shall be held by the trustees upon trust:

(a) To be applied in payment of costs and disbursements of the trustees and of Her Majesty’s Attorney-General of and incidental to the preparation of this scheme and its submission to this Court:

(b) The balance to be divided equally between the Cameron Fund Ltd., the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund, and the Royal Medical Foundation of Epsom College, to be held and applied by each of those institutions upon trust for such of its charitable purposes as provide relief for widows of doctors.

  1. Before making payment to those institutions the trustees shall obtain an acknowledgment in writing signed by the secretary or other proper officer of each institution that the moneys will be held and applied upon trust for such of the charitable purposes of the institution as provide relief for widows of doctors.

  2. After the requirements of paragraph 2 hereof have been complied with the trustees may make payment to the secretary or other proper officer of each of the institutions and the receipt in writing of the secretary or other officer shall be a full and sufficient discharge to the trustees for the amounts paid by them.”

The application for approval of the scheme is to be heard in the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 12 August 1988 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon. Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give written notice of his intention to do so to (1) The Registrar of the High Court at Auckland (2) The trustees and (3) Her Majesty’s Attorney-General, not less than seven (7) clear days before the said 12th day of August 1988.

The address for service of the trustees is at the offices of Messrs Earl Kent Alexander Bennett, Solicitors, Eighth Floor, Downtown House, Queen Elizabeth Square, 21-29 Queen Street, Auckland.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 5th day of May 1988, presented to the said Court by Mallett Manufacturing Limited; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 6th day of July 1988 at 11.45 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel.
