The Ngaitahu Maori Trust Board with reference to Ingelow Equities Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 22nd day of June 1988 the trust board appointed Atherton Anderson and Ross Edwin Pettit, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, 139 Moray Place, Dunedin jointly and severally as receivers and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 26th day of November 1987. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

DFC New Zealand Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of June 1988 Philip Arthur Verry and Tolmie Alexander Scoular, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed the joint and several receivers and managers of Associated Sounds Ltd. (in receivership) under and by virtue of the provisions of a debenture dated the 27th day of June 1985.
