Road Realignment in the Clutha County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Clutha County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas marked ‘C’ and ‘F’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 258, folio 262 (limited as to parcels):

(ii) The area marked ‘H’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 262, folio 33 (limited as to parcels):

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that the land shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 262, folio 33 (limited as to parcels).

First Schedule

Otago Land District

All those pieces of land situated in the Clutha Survey District, described as follows:

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 18281, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Second Schedule

Otago Land District

All that piece of road situated in Block I, Rankleburn Survey District, containing 2987 square metres, adjoining or passing through Section 61; as shown marked ‘R’ on S.O. Plan 18281, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block XI, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board on the 16th day of June 1988.

All that piece of road situated in the Cromwell Survey District containing 1627 square metres, adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. 4589, Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 5674 and Section 76TR, Block III; as shown marked ‘D’ on S.O. Plan 22347, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.
