Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block XI, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board on the 16th day of June 1988.

Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land to be Under the Control and Management of the Department of Lands in the Waitaki County

Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the control and management of the leasehold estate in land described in the Schedule hereto held by the Crown by virtue of Gazette notice No. 281695 (New Zealand Gazette, 21 January 1965, No. 2, page 54), Otago Land Registry, shall be under the control and management of the Department of Lands.
