Land Acquired for Road and Land Declared to be Road in the Mosgiel Borough

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described firstly and secondly in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, and shall vest in The Mosgiel Borough Council on the 16th day of June 1988 and pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the land described thirdly and fourthly in the Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Mosgiel Borough Council.
