Auckland Girls Grammar School Board of Governors Notice 1987
PURSUANT to sections 51 and 54 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Auckland Girls Grammar School Board of Governors Notice 1987.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1987.
- There shall be a board of governors for Auckland Girls Grammar School which shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of Auckland Girls Grammar School; but the member so elected may not be appointed as chairman or deputy chairman of the board;
(c) Seven members elected by the parents of pupils attending Auckland Girls Grammar School.
(d) One member appointed by the Auckland Girls Grammar School Old Girls Association;
(e) One member appointed by the Ngati Whatua Runanga;
(f) Up to two members appointed by the board of governors itself.
- The Auckland Grammar Schools Board shall cease to control Auckland Girls Grammar School and the sole control of that school shall be vested in the board of governors constituted by clause 2 of this notice.

PURSUANT to section 84(2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1955, an order was made in the District Court at Christchurch on Thursday, the 30th day of April 1987, against Jason Kenneth Carpenter for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road, State Highway No. 2
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 20 May 1987 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 2, Apata to Bethlehem, for a width of 13 metres on the northern side across the frontages of part Allotments 91, K2, A and B (certificate of title 44/115) as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan 23/34/7234 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga and there available for public inspection, to be limited access road.

Revoking State Highway
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board gives notice that the State highway described in the First Schedule hereto is revoked within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that section of bypassed No. 1 State Highway commencing at its intersection with the existing No. 1 State Highway, 690 metres south of Muhuroa East Road, to the Ohau River including the associated rest area.
