Extension of District Court Judges’ Jurisdiction

PURSUANT to section 28a of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
Stephen George Erber, District Court Judge of Christchurch,
and
John Hamilton Hall
Allan Bernard Lawson, and
Georgina Catriona Pamela Augusta Wallace, District Court Judges of Auckland
to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Courts under Part IIA of the District Courts Act 1947.

Reappointment of Member to the Dairy Factory Managers Registration Board (No. 4067. Ag. 1/53/2/8)

PURSUANT to regulation 4 of the Dairy Factory Managers Regulations 1979, I hereby appoint
Philip Peter Jensen, farmer of Tauranga (on the nomination of the New Zealand Dairy Board)
to be a member of the Dairy Factory Managers Registration Board for a term of 2 years from 1 April 1987.
