Land Acquired for Road in Block V, Nuhaka Survey District, Wairoa District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of June 1987 and pursuant to section 11(1)(a) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 2.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested, Land Taken and Vested in Block II, Tiflin Survey District, Wairarapa South County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of May 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 29 May 1986, No. 84 at page 2335, declaring land to be road, road stopped and vested and land taken and vested by omitting the preamble and substituting the following:

"(e) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, to be taken and incorporated in deferred payment licence No. 692 recorded in Register Book No. 13A/1044."
