Road Stopped in Block VII, Awakino North Survey District, Waitomo District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares the said stopped road now known as Sections 70 and 71, Block VII, Awakino North Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 35A/628, subject to section 5, Coal Mines Act 1979 and memoranda of mortgage No. H. 630720.1, H. 289420.10, H. 630720.7, H. 289420.16 and H. 630720.9, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land Taken and Road Stopped in Blocks XII, XV and XVI, Mangaorongo Survey District, Otorohanga District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be taken.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117, 119 (1) and 120 (3) declares:

(i) That the areas of stopped road firstly and secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known as Sections 37 and 39, Block XII, Mangaorongo Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27C/213, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. H. 376251.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) That the areas of stopped road thirdly, fourthly and fifthly described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known as Sections 36, 38 and 41, Block XII, Mangaorongo Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 781, folio 290, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. H. 376251.5 and H. 376251.6, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) That the areas of land taken described in the First Schedule hereto and the area of stopped road sixthly described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 43, Block XII, Mangaorongo Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 781, folio 290, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. H. 376251.5 and H. 376251.6, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) That the areas of stopped road seventhly to eleventhly (inclusive) described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known as Sections 45, 47, 4, Block XII, Mangaorongo Survey District, Section 29, 45, 47, 49, Block XV, Mangaorongo Survey District and Section 1, Block XVI, Mangaorongo Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1220, folio 8, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. H. 376251.5 and H. 376251.6, South Auckland Land Registry.
