Land Acquired for Road in Block II, Waoku Survey District,
Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 21st
day of May 1987.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 238 square metres (9.4 perches),
situated in Block II, Waoku Survey District, being part Omanaia
44 Block; as shown coloured yellow on S.O. Plan 46806, lodged in
the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Declaring Land Acquired for Road and in Connection with Road
in Block IX, Belmont Survey District, City of Lower Hutt

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in
The Lower Hutt City Council on the 21st day of May 1987 and
also declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
acquired in connection with a road and shall vest in The Lower
Hutt City Council on the 21st day of May 1987.

Road Stopped in Blocks XII and XV, Mangaorongo Survey
District, Otorohanga District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described
in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and

(b) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) declares:

(i) That the areas of said stopped road firstly to seventhly
(inclusive) described in the Schedule hereto, now known
as Sections 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50 and 51, Block XII,
Mangaorongo Survey District respectively, shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 14B/735,
subject to memoranda of mortgage No. H. 258841.6 and
H. 258841.7, South Auckland Land Registry.
