Land Taken and Road Stopped in Blocks XIII and XIV, Puniu Survey District, Otorohanga District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 119(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be taken.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117, 119(1) and 120(3) declares:

(i) That the areas of stopped road firstly, secondly and thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Sections 39, 40 and 41, Block XIV, Puniu Survey District respectively shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 801, folio 234, subject to charge H. 116084 and memoranda of mortgage No. H. 493331.1 and H. 129259.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) That the areas of stopped road fifthly and sixthly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Sections 26 and 27, Block XIII, Puniu Survey District respectively shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 656, folio 182, subject to charge H. 305718 and memoranda of mortgage No. H. 659739.2, H. 461093 and H. 189750, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) That the area of land taken described in the First Schedule hereto and the area of stopped road fourthly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known together as Section 42, Block XIV, Puniu Survey District shall vest in The Otorohanga District Council.

(iv) That the areas of stopped road seventhly and eighthly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Sections 28 and 30, Block XIII, Puniu Survey District respectively shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1086, folio 281, subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 106028 and charge H. 312652, South Auckland Land Registry.

(v) That the area of stopped road ninthly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Section 29, Block XIII, Puniu Survey District shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2A/1173, subject to charge H. 026795 and memoranda of mortgage No. H. 598540.1 and S. 524299, South Auckland Land Registry.

(vi) That the area of stopped road tenthly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Section 31, Block XIII, Puniu Survey District shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 26A/1058, South Auckland Land Registry.
