BYLAW

1. This bylaw may be cited as the National Roads Board Bylaw 1987/1.

2. This bylaw shall come into force on the day after its publication in the Gazette.

3. This bylaw shall apply to a portion of State Highway No. 94 from R.P. 241/16.00 (just past the airport access) to R.P. 241/16.10 (at the main entrance of the Hotel) at Milford Sound.

4. No motor vehicle shall stop, stand, or park on the portion of highway described above.

5. Every person who commits an offence against this bylaw is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $500 (five hundred dollars).

This bylaw was made by resolution duly passed at a meeting of the National Roads Board held in Wellington on the 10th day of December 1986.
