PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which shall form part of State Highway No. 2 and shall vest in the Crown on the 7th day of May 1987.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be a Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 2) and Road Stopped in Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of March 1987 published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 March 1987, No. 35, at page 1238, declaring land to be a limited access road (State Highway No. 2) and road stopped by omitting paragraphs b (i) and b (ii) and substituting the following paragraphs:

(i) That the area firstly described, now known as Section 42, Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 36D/773, subject to Gazette notice S. 477228 and memorandum of mortgage H. 689500.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) That the area secondly described, now known as Section 43, Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 36D/774, subject to Gazette notice S. 477228, South Auckland Land Registry.
